Sadguru Nannagaru narrates verse 10 and 11 of Aksharamanamala

Bhagavan asks Arunachala: ' Oh! Arunachaleswara, why are you sleeping like that?' Suppose there is a robbery in your house and the wife shouts out 'thief, thief', if the husband doesn't wake up but continues sleeping, doesn't the wife scold him stating: ' You dumb! The robbers are looting us. Why are you sleeping like that?' Likewise Bhagavan is scolding Lord Arunachaleswara. Oh! Arunachaleswara, why are you sleeping like that? The thieves in the form of senses are ruining me. They are bringing in several tendencies that result in several births in future. I am unable to transcend these senses. These senses are dragging me out. When these senses are extroverting me, you must protect me. How can you sleep like that? Protect me. If not you, who else will protect me? I have entirely surrendered onto you. Still you are fast asleep as if you know nothing. Is this right for you Arunachaleswara?'

If your senses are within your control, not only this world even God cannot do anything to you. Your enemies are not outside. Your senses alone are your enemies. It is only due to the senses that we get attached to this world. The world has never asked us to get attached.
