Sadguru Nannagaru elaborates on Bhagavan's preaching Go back the way you came
When Bhagavan was asked: ' Which path should I tread?', Bhagavan replied: 'Go back the way you came'. From where did you originate? You originated from the Self. The awareness of 'i' originates neither from head nor hands nor legs. This awareness originates from the heart. Holding onto that awareness try to find its Master ie the Self. Ramana said in Aksharamanamala: 'Cant you do the work of a dog? When the dog is distanced from its Master, it gets back to him with the aid of smell. Similarly catching hold of this 'i' thought, can't you do the work of a dog? As a dog finds its Master, catch hold of the 'i'thought and reach its Master ie the Self.
