- Sincerely pray to God to release you from the vasanas
- Practice the opposite habits that confront the vasanas
- As these vasanas were considered good and practised willingly in the previous births, they have become so strong. Try to explain the restlessness and disturbance derived from them to the mind, it will then learn to slowly get rid of the vasanas
